My best thinking times are on my riding lawnmower and at the gym. I solve most of the worlds problems during that time. I like it when I hear the ladies at the gym call me a GILF. I actually go to the gym to get some "me" time. My gym is private and the average age there is 40 (like as old as Grandpa Steve) I go, I put on my MP3 player (no ipod cuz I hate Apple) and blast music and workout all the while planning my internet marketing business out in my mind. And, once you get to about 44 minutes on the treadmill, this endorphine thing kicks in and I start imagining that I am Darren Rowse and I am crushing young bloggers with my links... it is very strange. I play Sick Puppy songs and imagine f-bombing some fluff blogger, all the while I am being cheered on by 55-yr-old MILFs sitting at their computer screens... I am an internet rock star!!...I have burned 450 calories! THAT is "me" time baby! Then I go home and drink 6 heavy beers and eat brownies. help me! :) AL what’s with these short commments? are we limiting them to 140 characters on this blog now?

Glad you guys hate everyone that ever uses a gym, but I agree that they all are annoying. Social equity is going to take people very far over the next few years and things are still pretty tight for people and find that they need to reach out more for help. Those that have given without question over time will find that it is much easier to move past the hurdles as we all need a little help from our friend (or family in this case).
