Unfortunately not. You can go into the settings and adjust the gain possibly. A lot of people will either use a wireless mic (I do) or use an external mic and then sync the audio when they edit.

I love this camera but I think the internal mic is crap. is tghere a way of improving it without attaching an external mic?

Ooh thank you! NRelate looks like it just might be what I have been searching for. I normally also use YARPP, but it seems to create a massive database and slows the blog down.
I also was looking for a plugin that displays images, because images always attract more attention.

Harlan, you really should be making a lot of videos. You have a lot of talent. I wouldn't worry too much about only uploading videos about a particular niche. Individual videos get ranked and you never know when you might upload a winner. Good to hear from you.

Hey Steve, thanks for the mention! It is mid March and I have yet to shoot a new video for YouTube this year. Anyways, been pondering a Roku or a Blu-ray player that has that same functionality built-in. However, not much time to watch anything these days.

I also have a somewhat difficult time building YouTube channels with only niche videos. However, when I can, I always try to associate some aspect of my videos to the topic of my blog though.

Thanks Ken, I don't think my camera could have held up for 365 photos of my mug. San Diego was a beautiful and clean city. Very expensive however. I may post some more photos of the city. I doubt you could buy a parking spot for $29K now.

Hey Steve - 365 photos of yourself seemed to me like a pretty tall order from the get go. Maybe you failed at that particular task...but you're doing quite nicely with "the bigger picture" - pardon the pun - of learning how to take great photos. These San Diego shots are excellent. The place looks beautiful. I've only been there once since boot camp in 1972, when you could buy a nice new condo for $29K, so it was neat to revisit this beautiful city through your pix. Take care, buddy.

Hey Medic, life does get in the way of our hobbies but as long as we can keep moving forward, even if it's just small steps, we get better in the long run.
