Lately, I have been neglecting the personal priorities I have set and followed for myself my entire life. I have been guilty of this neglect for the past 3 or 4 months. I have always lived a fit and active lifestyle. I still do but I have been a slacker lately. This video blog post is nothing more than me slapping my own wrist for neglecting what I know is important. A lot of times there is no one out there but yourself to keep you motivated.
