Lately I have been rewarding myself and not earning my reward. Time to reverse myself and make it right. As a followup to my last video post, I feel that it’s important to earn my rewards even if they are small. Simple pleasures are cool.

You hit my problem on the head. I have been rewarding myself way too much without the work. I’ve been a slacker. Court had a month long challenge for August, and I had to challenge myself it cause I knew I was slacking and I needed to get on the stick.
For IM purposes, Griz, Allyn, and your videos are my reward. I hadn’t earned it, so I had to get busy working. Gonna be a busy month. Great video, now I’m back to work.
@Medic Glad to hear that you are gonna get busy. I hit the mountain bike this morning and took care of some of the physical stuff and then hit the computer. Ever since I posted this video, I have been a much better soldier and taking care of business before rewarding myself. Sometimes it helps me to make a public statement and then try to keep my word.
