Trying Topaz Labs Software For My HDR Photography

A very short post today folks about a photo software program from Topaz Labs that a friend of mine recently introduced me to.

I have been dabbling a bit in HDR photography lately and there are quite a few steps in the workflow.

Topaz Labs simplifies the process to a large degree and I think the results are outstanding.

Topaz can create a stunning photo from a single jpeg file.

Most HDR photos are made from 3 or more “raw” photo files from multiple exposures.

I will write more about this in the future and I will also get more detailed on Topaz.

I want to share a before and after photo with you that I ran through Topaz Adjust Plug-in this morning.

Here is a photo of a couple bird houses sitting on our back patio.

This before photo is straight out of the camera. The image looks pretty good.

Here is the same photo after using the Topaz Adjust filter for an HDR effect. This process took only a couple minutes to complete.
